Please allow 24 hours to process your curbside pickup order (excluding personalized items).
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order for shipment. A shipping confirmation will be provided at the time your order ships with tracking information regarding the arrival of your order. We ship USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 2-5 additional business days for shipping.
Please allow an extra 7-10 business days for personalized items.
If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, please contact us and we'll do everything possible to meet your needs.
Returns & Exchanges
We strive to make sure you're thoroughly happy when you shop at Initial Attraction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, exchange or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, in original packaging. Returns must be accompanied by a packing slip or merchandise receipt. Items will berefunded in the form of original tender, less shipping costs.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds will be made in the form of orignal tender, less shipping costs. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please make sure to take extra care in checking spelling and color selection when placing orders for personalized items, since these items cannot be returned or refunded.
